Santosh K. Shet

Santosh Shet has over two decades of experience in private equity, investment banking, telecommunications and technology development.
He is engaged in all phases of private equity transaction including investor reporting, deal closing, monitoring and exit.
He focuses on technology, BFSI and consumer investments.
He enjoys working closely with the entrepreneurs and has had the privilege of working closely with the Bigbasket team from the first day of investment.
Before joining Ascent, he spent 9 years with Motorola in Chicago and was focussed on technology development.
He also worked with a Boutique Investment Bank on a part-time basis – Stevenson & Co. in Chicago while pursuing his MBA.
He is a graduate from University of Chicago Booth School of Business MBA.
He also holds a Masters in Computer Science from University of Missouri Kansas City and BE in Electronics and Telecom from University of Mumbai.
