Ryan Scharnhorst

Before joining Soundmark, Mr. Scharnhorst served as a venture capital research associate at a leading private equity advisory firm in La Jolla, California and previously worked at a major public accounting firm.
Originally from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Mr. Scharnhorst graduated from the University of Washington with a Master’s in Accounting.
He is an active member of the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club, the East King County Estate Planning Council, the Financial Planning Association, and serves on the board of his neighborhood homeowners association.
He lives in Issaquah with his wife and two young children and enjoys jogging, golfing, and waterskiing.
