Standard was engaged in the exploration of a mineral claim known as the 'Standard' but allowed the property to lapse in February 2008 and no longer has any rights to the minerals on the Standard nor does it have any liabilities attached to the claim itself. It has not been in bankruptcy, receivership or similar proceedings since its inception. Nor has it been involved in any material reclassification, merger, consolidation or purchase or sale of any significant assets not in the ordinary course of business. The company was founded on September 24, 1998 and is headquartered in Manila, Philippines.
