Hudson Securities is a market maker, providing their clients with quality order execution and liquidity with an emphasis on smaller capitalized issues. They make markets in over 9,000 stocks including NMS equities, NASDAQ small caps, NYSE listed securities, OTCBB's, Pink Sheets, Foreign ADR and ordinary securities. Hudson Securities also accommodates clients' interest in bidding for or offering gray market stocks. They provide a full array of trading and execution services for their clients. The firm does not perform any internal research. Hudson Securities was founded in 1984 and operated as Wien Securities, Inc. until 2004. They are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hudson Holding Corp.
