Precilla Torres

Ms. Precilla Torres is a Principal at Ares Management LLC and a Managing Director at Ares Real Estate Group.
Prior to joining Ares in 2012, Ms. Torres was with Hudson Realty Capital as a Managing Director focusing on new business strategies and capital markets solutions.
Ms. Torres has extensive experience in commercial real estate debt structuring and securities in both the United States and Asia.
Prior to joining Hudson, she was a Managing Director at NewOak Capital where she founded the firm’s commercial real estate business.
Before that, she was Managing Director at Citigroup where she served in a variety of senior positions, including developing and leading a team that executed, structured, and marketed large loan-related transactions, including securitizations, syndications and subordinated debt sales.
Previously, during eight years as a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, Ms. Torres had lead execution responsibility for multiple transactions.
Prior to her work at Lehman, she held positions at CSFB and at Citibank where, in addition to securitizations of proprietary and third-party commercial real estate portfolios, she was involved in work-outs, dispositions, and securitizations of RTC and FDIC and privately held non-performing assets.
Ms. Torres has an M.B.A.
from Northwestern University and a B.S., summa cum laude, from Ateneo University, Philippines.
