Peter Z. Hermann

Mr. Hermann is a founding partner of Heritage.
He has been the senior partner for the portfolio companies: AmerTac Holdings, Cecilware Corporation, Castle Rock Industries, WA Butler Co. and Bennett Footwear Group.
In that role, he has been responsible for leading the investment team through the acquisition process, managing the value enhancement effort post-acquisition, and executing the optimal exit strategy.
In addition, Mr. Hermann has had oversight responsibility for the firm’s transaction origination effort since Heritage’s inception.
Prior to Heritage, Mr. Hermann was a founder and Director of BancBoston Capital’s Equity Partners.
Previously, he spent seven years as a senior lender at the Bank of Boston specializing in acquisition and multinational finance.
Mr. Hermann has a BA and MA from the University of Sussex, England and an M.
Phil in Business and Economics from Oxford University.
