The firm is headquartered in Warsaw and was founded in 2001. Pekao TFI offers asset and mutual fund management for corporate and institutional clients such as banks, intermediaries, and third-party funds, as well as to individuals.

Nordea PTE SA (Nordea PTE) is the wholly-owned Polish pension fund management subsidiary of Nordea Life Holding AB, itself a subsidiary of Nordea Bank AB (ST: NDA, ADR: NRBAY, FDR: NDA1V) in Sweden. Formerly known as Sampo PTE SA, a traditional life insurance firm established in 1999, they were acquired by Nordea in 2005 and merged into Nordea's Polish life insurance firm, Nordea Zycie and renamed Nordea PTE. Headquartered in Warsaw, the firm manages Nordea Pension funds. The Polish corporate pension system is compulsory for all employees born after 1 January 1969. On 17 November 2018, Nordea PTE was acquired by Aegon PTE SA.

MetLife TFI SA is the wholly-owned, Polish fund management subsidiary of MetLife TunZir SA, itself a subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG) in the US. The firm was founded in 2003 as AIG TFI SA and consequently became Amplico TFI SA in 2009. They changed their name into MetLife TFI SA in 2014. Headquartered in Warsaw, the firm manages the MetLife Investment Funds which invest in securities and other assets in accordance with the statute of each fund for individual and institutional investors.

Allianz Polska PTE SA is an investment advisory firm headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. The firm was founded in 1999 and is a majority-owned subsidiary of Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen Allianz Polska S.A., itself owned by Allianz SE (ETR: ALV) in Germany. Allianz Polska serves as the investment advisor of Allianz Polska OFE, a retirement/pension fund which is the second pillar of Poland's pension system.
