Pauline Bearblock

Ms. Pauline Bearblock is a Compliance Officer at Oriel Securities Ltd.
She started her career at BP Oil in London, Africa and Brussels for six years.
She then qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and joined Ashurst as a corporate lawyer where she also spent time on secondment to ABN Amro.
The majority of her experience was gained in M&A and corporate finance, latterly focussing on equity issues and public takeovers particularly in the energy division where she was able to draw on her previous experience in the oil industry.
She joined Oriel Securities in 2004 to head up compliance and in-house legal from the investment banking division at Clifford Chance.
Ms. Bearblock graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering.
