Patrick Maloney

Mr. Patrick Maloney is Chief Compliance Officer & General Counsel at WCAS Fraser Sullivan Investment Management LLC.
Prior to joining WCAS FSIM in October 2011, Patrick was the Global Chief Compliance Officer of Aladdin Capital Management LLC which managed more than $10 Billion dollars spread amongst nine CLOs, seven ABS CDOs, two credit hedge funds and one private equity fund.
Prior to that, Patrick established the US operations of Kinetic Partners LLP (2007-2008), a global asset management, hedge-fund and broker dealer compliance consultancy firm specializing in assisting over 80 fund managers in implementing compliance programs.
He joined Kinetic Partners from the General Counsel's Office of JWM Partners (2006-2007) where he was involved in a wide range of legal and compliance matters, developed surveillance tools and designed protocols for annual compliance reviews.
Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the General Counsel's Office as Senior Regulatory Counsel at Bear Stearns & Co. (1999-2006), where he led internal investigations and was lead regulatory counsel on many of the largest and most complex regulatory investigations by the SEC and Department of Justice in the last decade.
Mr. Maloney holds a Bachelors of Science from Fairfield University and a Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University, School of Law.
