Monika Beck

Monika Beck has been a member of the Management Board of DEG - Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, since July 2018.
A graduate economist, she was at the helm of KfW’s Compliance department since 2015.
From 2004 to 2015, she held various management positions at KfW Development Bank.
Monika Beck joined KfW in 2001.
Having studied economics in Stirling and Cologne, she initially worked for three years as a product manager at L’Oréal and, between 1992 and 2001, was a project manager at the ProCredit Group in Latin America, which specialises in SME financing.
