Mr. Kastner earned a BA from Towson University and an MBA from George Washington University.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Series 3 certified, member of the Socially Responsible Investing Committee of the New York Society of Security Analysts, and a former member of the Educational Advisory Board of the International Securities Market Association, London.
