Devon Funds Management Ltd. (Devon) is an investment management firm headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand. The firm was founded in 2010 when Devon Funds Group acquired the asset management business of Goldman Sachs JBWere NZ Limited, which was incorporated in September 1984, and changed the name to Devon Funds Management Ltd. They are owned by Investment Services Group Ltd. Devon builds investment portfolios that are comprised of companies listed on the New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges on behalf of a diverse range of New Zealand clients, such as the New Zealand Superannuation Fund, Community Trusts, charities, KiwiSaver schemes, corporates pension schemes and individual investors. Devon is a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Investment.

Brook Asset Management Ltd. (BAM) is the New Zealand investment management subsidiary of Macquarie Investment Management (NZ) Ltd., ultimately held by Macquarie Group Ltd. (SY: MQG) in Australia. Based in Auckland, BAM manages investment funds for a range of clients including institutions, charitable organizations, trusts and private investors.
