She provides technical assistance with new federal and state tax law changes, as well as tax structuring advice and tax-related due diligence for our portfolio companies.
Prior to TJC, Megan worked as a Senior Tax Manager at RSM US LLP.

in Accounting, a B.A.
in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Truman State University.
She is a certified public accountant.
