He is a Member of the Internet and Computer Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Hudson County District VI Ethics Committee of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Lipton received a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, a Master's degree from Montclair State University, and a Law degree from Seton Hall University.
