Léon is Vice President at Smithfield Trust Co. and Senior Vice President at Smithfield Equity Associates.
Prior to joining Smithfield Trust Company in 2007, Ms. Leon was Vice President and Senior Trust Administrator of the International Trust Group of the nation's third largest financial institution based in Florida.
She managed over 300 relationships with assets under administration in the high six figures.
She was named to the Worlds Who's Who of Women and named Outstanding Young Women of America.
Ms. Leon was also featured in Women's Magazine and received a Presidential Appointment to the U.S.
Commission on Civil Rights.
Ms. Leon attended the University of Arizona, and is a Graduate of Cannon Financial Institute, Pima Community College and the Kennedy Sinclair Institute.
She presently attends the University of Pittsburgh.
