Mara Karina Do Santos

Prior to joining Novacap, Ms. Do Santos worked as an attorney at Langlois Kronström Desjardins LLP where she practiced both as a civil litigator and corporate lawyer.
Her legal experience includes participating in various private equity deals where she acted for institutional investors.
In 2005, Ms. Do Santos joined the corporate department of law firm Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, were she primarily worked on large Public-Private Partnership projects.
Ms. Do Santos received her LL.B in Civil Law from the University of Montreal and her LL.B.
in Common Law from Dalhousie University.
She also holds a B.A.
