Neil McCrank is currently a Director at TSO Energy Corp.

Previously, Mr. McCrank served as the Chairman of the Canadian Association for The World Petroleum Council and the Canadian Energy Research Institute.
He was also the Chairman of the Alberta Energy & Utilities Board from 1998 to 2007.
He has been a Director at AltaGas Income Trust, Petrobank Energy & Resources Ltd., Altagas General Partner, Inc., and Gravis Oil Corp.
He served as an Independent Director at AltaGas Ltd. from 2010 to 2019.
Additionally, he was the Deputy Minister at the Alberta Department of Justice from 1989 to 1998.
Mr. McCrank completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Queen's University.
