Lisa Tomanelli

Lisa joined Dress for Success Worldwide in May of 2002 as the Director of Employment Retention Programs.
In this capacity, Lisa oversees all Dress for Success programs aimed at helping our clients develop satisfying careers and stable home lives while becoming economically self-sufficient.
Lisa oversees all of our Professional Women’s Groups, Career Corners and career coaching/mentoring programs by providing support, resources and direction.
Lisa is also working towards expanding these services to every affiliate.
Lisa has over seven years experience in the non-profit sector helping women achieve economic self-sufficiency and greater stability in their lives.
After earning a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University, Lisa worked as a counselor assisting homeless, single-mothers on their housing and career goals.
She then became part of the management team for a job-training program for homeless and low-income women.
Here, Lisa further developed her clinical, program development and evaluation skills.
