Pebble U.S. Market Fund, L.L.C. ('Fund'), a Louisiana limited liability company, is offering a series of limited liability company units ('Units') of up to a maximum value of $100,000,000. Throughout the initial offering period, the net asset value of a Unit is $1,000.00. Units will be sold at net asset value thereafter. Pebble Management Group, L.L.C. (PMG) and additional soliciting advisors are offering the Fund's Units at a price of month-end net asset value per Unit.
