Mr. Kiran Raichura is Property Economist at Capital Economics Ltd.
He joined Capital Economics in 2014 to work on the European Property Service.
He joined the company from AXA Real Estate, where he was responsible for the firm’s Nordic and Central European investment strategies, as well as providing macro-level deal support for transactions in these markets.
Prior to this role, he spent four years at Colliers International leading the UK Commercial Property Market forecasts.
Mr. Raichura has an Economics degree from The University of Warwick and a Masters in Real Estate Investment & Finance from Reading University.
