Kim Homa

Kim Homa DIRECTOR Kim is a director at Kainos focused on strengthening the operational performance of the firm’s partner companies’ supply chains and oversees strategic purchasing initiatives across companies.
She works hard to become a trusted advisor to the management teams and values having a role in the businesses she helps build.
Kim enjoys working alongside her teammates and the businesses’ supply partners – conquering new business challenges and opportunities with them each day.
Prior to joining Kainos in 2017, she worked with USC Consulting Group as a director, where she led their supply chain and spend management practice.
Prior to that role, Ms. Homa was an executive at PepsiCo, and she began her consulting career in the retail and consumer business practice areas of Deloitte Consulting and Accenture.
Ms. Homa has an MSM (MBA) in Operations, Logistics and Marketing from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S.
in Psychology and Communications from The Ohio State University.
Kim also holds an APICS Certification in Production.
Kim is a member of the Georgia Tech and Ohio State Alumni groups, and she is involved in and supports several charities, local youth sports programs and scouting programs.
Outside of work, Kim spends time with her family, playing tennis, going on bike rides, or traveling.
She is an avid Buckeye fan, but she is a bigger fan of her sons, who keeps her active as a mom.
