Kieran Rafter

Mr. Rafter’s primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution and support and portfolio monitoring.
Prior to joining Marlin, he worked at Barclays in the investment banking division where he focused on mergers and acquisitions across a range of sectors, including technology, industrials, financial services and infrastructure.
Before his career in finance, Mr. Rafter worked as a corporate lawyer at Addleshaw Goddard LLP where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt finance transactions.
He earned a B.A.
in Politics from The University of Nottingham and has completed postgraduate programs at BPP University Law School in London.
