Kaeley Shepard Conlon

Kaeley Conlon is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the global Technology & Services Practice.
She is also the program director of the Director Institute, a unique apprenticeship program designed to accelerate the development of diverse leaders for corporate board service.
Kaeley has worked in several of the firm’s practices including the Technology, Media & Entertainment, Private Equity, and Venture Capital practices.
She works closely with senior partners in the firm on CEO, COO, operations, and senior marketing and product leadership searches.
Kaeley helps execute CEO, COO, board director, and other senior-level searches.
