John O. Ruiz

Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners, Mr. Ruiz was a Property Management Staff Accountant with RREEF/DB Real Estate where he managed the accounting for multiple portfolios of office and industrial buildings located in Northern and Southern California.
His background also includes four years in public accounting performing audits and preparing taxes at Moshenko & Associates, CPA’s and as a project accountant with Warmington Homes.
Mr. Ruiz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
