Joel Miller

Mr. Joel Miller is a Director at Intel Capital Corp.
Mr. Miller joined Intel Capital in 2012.
Prior to joining Intel, he spent 17 years in investment banking with Salomon Brothers, Creditanstalt Investment Bank (in Warsaw, Poland), Bank of America and most recently, as Managing Director and Head of Semiconductor and Solar Investment Banking at Raymond James.
His transaction experience includes over $25 billion of buy and sell side M&A, including mergers, acquisitions, LBOs and JVs; and over $10 billion of capital raising including IPOs, follow-on equity, convertible and straight debt offerings, equity private placements and derivative/hedging transactions.
Mr. Miller holds a B.S.
with honors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from U.C.
Berkeley and an M.B.A.
with highest honors from the University of Chicago.
