Prior to joining JER in the spring of 2006, Ms. Rathbun served as Vice President of Asset Management for Jamestown Properties, a German syndicator, as well as Equitable/Lend Lease (now Morgan Stanley).
At Jamestown, she was responsible for a 3.3 million sf, $800 million portfolio consisting of office, retail and land.
She has had experience in nearly all property types spanning markets across the US.
Her career also includes work in the accounting/finance field, tactical and applied research, as well as risk management for commercial real estate investments.
Ms. Rathbun received her B.S.
in Business/Accounting from the University of Vermont and also holds the Certified Public Accountant and the Certified Commercial Investment Management designations.
