Janet C. Bridgers

Ms. Bridgers joined Godsey & Gibb Associates in 2001.
Her responsibilities include capital market research and analytical support to the Director of Research and to the Portfolio Managers.
Before joining the firm, she acquired a diverse background in research, reconciliation, supervision and training, procedures writing, and management reporting during over 18 years in operations departments of several regional banks and trust companies.
Ms. Bridgers graduated cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics, and a second Bachelor of Arts in History.
She has also attended The University of Virginia and The Graduate School at Cornell University, where she attained Ph.D.
candidacy in History.
Ms. Bridgers’ outside interests include book collecting, historical travel, reading, and needlework.
She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, and an Associate Member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and the Richmond Society of Financial Analysts (RSFA).
