J. Michael Hensley

Michael Hensley is Vice President and General Counsel of Cicada Corp.
He is a Member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
Prior to joining Cicada in July, 1999, he was Managing Attorney of the Oklahoma City Office of Armstrong, Hensley and Lowe from 1987 to 1999.
Previously, he was a Partner in the Oklahoma City Office of Musgrave and Hensley.
Mr. Hensley received a JD from the Oklahoma City University in 1983 and a BS in Finance from Oklahoma State University in 1979.
