His most successful capital equity raise was for $600,000 for a company called Starseed, later sold to Geocities, which was bought by Yahoo!.
The final capitalization for this offering was $85 million.
His largest capital equity raise was for $19.5 million.
He serves on the board of a private Christian college prep school, and has been instrumental in the formation of several churches in the Baton Rouge area.
