Gunther Westen

Oddo BHF Asset Management GmbH (Oddo BHF AM) is an asset management firm headquartered in Dusseldorf, Germany. It is a subsidiary of Oddo BHF SCA in France. Formerly known as Oddo Meriten Asset Management SAS, the firm was founded in 1978 as WestLB Mellon Asset Management KAG mbH. From 2006 to 2012, they operated as a joint venture between BNY Mellon and Portigon AG (formerly WestLB AG). Oddo BHF AM provides investment advisory products and services to a range of institutional and wholesale clients including German savings banks and credit institutions, corporations, insurance companies and pension funds. They are a socially responsible investor which engages in various charitable activities including supporting the Kinderzukunft Foundation and the Children's Food Bank in Dusseldorf.

WestLB Mellon Asset Management Kapitalanlage GmbH (WMAMK) was established in 2006 and is based in Dusseldorf, Germany. WMAMK is a subsidiary of Meriten Investment Management GmbH, ultimately owned by Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (NYSE: BK) in the US. The firm manages assets for institutional clients, primarily banks, pension funds and insurance companies, but also corporates and foundations.
