They were acquired by Carnegie Investment Bank AB in 2010 and changed their name to Carnegie Fonder AB. Headquartered in Stockholm, Carnegie Fonder manages mutual funds for a range of clients including high-net worth individuals, trusts and foundations, the Swedish Premium Pension Authority, banks, insurance companies, brokers, fund of fund managers, independent financial advisors and institutions. They are a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and incorporate environmental, social and corporate governance issues into their investment analysis and decision-making processes.

HQ Fonder Sverige AB (HQFS) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Öresund Investment AB (ST: ORES) in Sweden. Located in Stockholm with a branch in Luxembourg, HQFS was established in 1988. HQFS manages a range of mutual funds and provides financial advisory services to Swedish small-sized institutions and foundations as well as private customers including high-net worth individuals. HQFS is an active shareholder who exercises voting rights.

Handelsbanken Fonder AB (HBF) is the wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of Handelsbankens Fondbolagsförvaltning AB, ultimately held by Svenska Handelsbanken AB (STO: SHB-A, ADR: SVNLY) in Swede. The firm is headquartered in Stockholm with offices in Luxembourg, Oslo and Helsinki. Founded in 1959, HBF provides financial advisory and investment management services to private individuals as well as corporate and institutional clients including pension funds. They also manage a range of mutual funds as well as exchange-traded funds. The firm is a responsible investor and signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI).
