Jubilee Gold, Inc. explores and mines and resource properties. It current projects include Birneys Lake property. Jubilee Gold came into existence after an amalgamation of five companies: Union Gold Inc., Sheldon-Larder Mines Ltd., Golden Harker Explorations Ltd., Wood-Croesus Gold Mines, Ltd. and Milestone Exploration Ltd. The company was founded on January 1, 2010 and was headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

Union Gold Inc. was incorporated in Alberta on September 5th, 1991 under the Company Act of Alberta. Effective February 27,1993, the Company commenced active operations when all the issued and outstanding common shares of Union Mining Corporation (Union) were exchanged for common shares of the Company on a one for one basis, and Union was wound-up into the Company. The Company is in the process of exploring its resource properties to determine whether these properties contain reserves that are economically recoverable. The continued operations of the Company and the recoverability of amounts shown as resource assets are dependent upon the existence of recoverable reserves, the ability of the company to obtain financing to complete the development, confirmation of the Company’s interest in the underlying minerals claims and future profitable production or proceeds from the disposition thereof.
