He is well versed on the full complement of construction services that the firm provides for commercial environments including comprehensive pre-construction services that include first-line feasibility studies, site selection, due diligence, conceptual estimates, value engineering analyses and creative scheduling approaches.
He is also skilled in the intricacies of turnkey arrangements and the advantages that Cadence McShane offers to general construction, design/build and construction management assignments.
He is instrumental in supporting and contributing to the long-term strategic plan and market development for Cadence McShane.
