She is an investment officer and manages the firm's global equity portfolios.
She also has responsibilities for the firm's European Research strategy.
She has over 29 years of industry experience.
Ms. Gourgey joined MFS in 2006 from Merrill Lynch, where she spent eight years as a sector specialist primarily covering the global technology sectors.
Prior to that she was at CIBC Oppenheimer for two years where she worked as a US markets analyst in the Institutional Equity Sales Group.
Ms. Gourgey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bristol University.
She then went on to attend the London Business School where she completed the Financial Analysis and Accounting course.
