BTG Pactual Chile SA Administradora General de Fondos (BTG AGF) is the Chile-based asset management subsidiary of BTG Pactual Chile SA, ultimately held by Banco BTG Pactual SA (BVMF: BPAC11) in Brazil. The firm was founded in 2001 as Celfin Capital SA Administradora General de Fondos and changed their name to BTG Pactual in 2013. Headquartered in Santiago, BTG AGF provides portfolio and fund management services for institutional, corporate and high net worth clients.

Celfin Capital SA Administradora de Fondos (Celfin Capital) is the asset management subsidiary of Celfin SA in Chile. Founded in 1988 by Juan Andrés Camus Camus and Jorge Errázuriz Grez, Celfin Capital is a financial services firm which offers clients a range of financial products and services. Based in Santiago, Celfin Capital manages mutual funds, private wealth, real estate funds, investment funds for a range of customers including pension fund administrators, insurance companies, national and international funds, partnerships, corporations, foundations and individuals. Celfin Capital has an agreement with the MarcoPolo international platform that allows investors direct access to the Chilean stock market.
