Ezra Neil

Ezra joined the team in February 2022 as an Investment Director on the Innovation team.
His key responsibilities are focussing on strategy, business planning and innovation.
He is developing our approach to sharing insights, tools and resources around innovation.
Ezra is currently on secondment from the Cabinet Office where he worked in range of analytical teams ensuring high-quality evidence and analysis was available to support policy-making.
Prior to this, he worked in the Government Office for Science on fore sighting and horizon scanning, and strengthening the links between the academic community and policy-makers.
