SNG was established in 2000 and is located in Lille, a large city in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, which consists of the northern tip of France. The firm manages regional development funds including a mature FCPR for institutions and a FIP for retail investors, which is distributed throughout the branch network of Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe. SNG's clients include venture capital firms, credit banks, pension funds, corporations and private individuals. The Siparex group is involved in similar regional development projects in Franche-Comté (eastern France), Rhône-Alpes (south eastern), Burgundy (middle eastern), Auvergne (central) and Normandy (north west).
