Douglas R. Rubens

Most recently prior to Centrecourt, Mr. Rubens was the Portfolio Manager of HarbourView Asset Management’s (a subsidiary of Oppenheimer Fund Inc.) Collateralized Debt Obligation (“CDO”) Fund of Funds.
Prior to that, Mr. Rubens was the Portfolio Manager and Credit Analyst for the high yield bond portion of Paribas Capital Funding LLC, a $750 million CDO Fund and was the co-manager of the bank debt and mezzanine portion of that Fund.
Prior to joining Paribas Capital Funding, Mr. Rubens spent over 10 years as a high yield and mergers and acquisitions investment banker at Wasserstein Perella, The Travelers Group and Drexel Burnham.
At the beginning of his career Mr. Rubens was a corporate finance attorney for approximately five years.
Mr. Rubens has a B.S.
in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated cum laude and a J.D.
from Duke Law School where he graduated with Honors.
