Donagh McCarthy

Donagh McCarthy has been a Consultant of Pharmediun Healthcare, Inc. since 2003.
He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Protiveris, Inc. from 2000 to 2003, President of RMS, Inc. from September 1996 to January 2000 and President of the North America Renal Division of Baxter from June 1993 to September 1996.
Mr. McCarthy was appointed as General Manager and a Director of Baxter Japan KK in March 1988 and Vice President of Global Marketing, Strategy and Product Development for Baxter in 1982.
He served as a Director of ResMed, Inc. from November 1994 to June 2008.
He received a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the National University of Ireland and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
