Dominika Halka

Dominika is Managing Director of Evolve and Chief Operating Officer of Evolve Central Office, which coordinates and supports the activities of all other business units engaged in programmatic activities.
Prior to Evolve, she held a senior manager position at the United Nations, where she and her team assisted developing countries in generating resources needed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.
This included engaging with the business sector to understand and overcome potential impediments to private investment in the SDGs.
One particular achievement she is proud of is having initiated and built a new training program at the United Nations for developing countries that assists them in getting a larger share of tax revenue in situations when it must be allocated between two countries.
She holds an M.Phil.
degree in financial economics from Columbia Business School.
