Diane Scott

Ms. Diane Scott is a Senior Vice President of Asset Management at American Realty Advisors LLC.
She is responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of office and industrial assets in the Southern California market and for oversight and administrative responsibilities for the firm’s Orange County office.
She has over 39 years of experience.
Prior to joining American Realty Advisors, Ms. Scott was a Senior Director, Commercial Real Estate for Goldrich & Kest, where she had oversight, asset strategy and implementation responsibilities over 12 million square feet of industrial, retail and office assets across the United States.
Prior to that, she worked as an Asset Manager, U.S.
Industrial Division, with DEXUS Property Group and Vice President, Asset Management with The Koll Company.
She has also held positions with Crown Realty & Development, and Staubach & Birtcher.
She is a CPM, RPA and a LEED Green Associate.
She earned a B.S.
degree from the University of Redlands.
