Dennis McCormick

Mr. McCormick joined Ardshiel in 1980.
Having committed his career to middle market investing, he brings a wealth of knowledge to each of Ardshiel's transactions.
He has been a generalist for more than twenty years and has experienced several business cycles.
He serves on several Boards of Directors, including Atrium Companies, Inc., Textile Holdings, Inc., Astro Holdings, Inc., and Infigen, Inc. Prior to Ardshiel, he specialized in privately-placed securities at the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
He began his career as a corporate finance generalist at Blyth Eastman Dillon & Co. Mr. McCormick received his Bachelor of Arts and his Masters of Business Administration from The Warton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
