David S. Brooks

David Brooks began his career in 1995 with Nomura International as an Equity Trading Risk Analyst, working alongside the derivative and proprietary trading teams.
In 1997, whilst at Nomura International, he became an Equity Analyst covering the Media and Leisure sectors, specialising in European large and mid-cap companies.
In 1999, David joined Touchstone Securities, the corporate finance boutique, where he became an Executive Director specialising in Media.
At Touchstone, David was involved in the origination and execution of M&A and equity capital markets transactions across the European media and telecom sectors.
He joined IBIS Capital in January 2005.
