Mr. Dusseau began his career as an associate in the Commercial and Real Estate Group of Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, a regional law firm.
While there, his practice focused on structuring, negotiating, and documenting asset-based and real estate secured lending transactions.
His experience also includes representing creditors in commercial collection matters, foreclosures, and transaction work out and restructuring.
Mr. Dusseau received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law.
