Douglas is Founding Partner & Managing Director at BayNorth Capital LLC.
Prior to co-founding Baynorth in 2004, Mr. Douglas was a Managing Director of the Real Estate Group at Charlesbank Capital Partners, the former private equity and real estate investment unit of Harvard Management Company and BayNorth's predecessor organization.
Prior to joining Harvard in 1992, Mr. Douglas was a Partner with Trammell Crow Company and was responsible for leasing and developing office parks as well as providing real estate advisory services to corporate clients.
Mr. Douglas has 25 years of commercial real estate investment experience.
Mr. Douglas holds a Bachelor's degree, cum laude, in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and a MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a volunteer and mentor at the Year Up Foundation of Boston, an annual lecturer at The Wharton School and is involved with Children's Hospital Boston.
