Formerly known as BOC International Investment Managers, the firm changed their name to Bank of China Investment Management Co. Ltd. in 2008 when the joint venture partners became Bank of China Co., Ltd. and BlackRock, Inc. Headquartered in Shanghai, BOCIM offers investment solutions to domestic and international institutions, as well as private individuals.

JPMorgan Asset Management (China) Co., Ltd. (JPMAM China) is a fund management firm headquartered in Shanghai, China. The firm was founded as China International Fund Management Co., Ltd. in 2004 through a joint venture between Shanghai International Trust Co., Ltd. and JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd. In 2023, they became a subsidiary of JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd., which is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) in the US. JPMAM China provides investment advisory and mutual fund management services to Chinese individual and retail investors as well as international institutions.
