Charles Cocuzza

Mr. Cocuzza is currently a Managing Principal of GoldPoint Partners, responsible for management of the firm’s primary fund and equity co-investment strategies as well as certain legacy assets.
Mr. Cocuzza brings nearly two decades of private markets experience to the firm, including 16 years at GoldPoint Partners where he served as a Managing Principal, a member of the firm’s Investment and Management Committees, and Co-head of the firm’s fund-of-funds program.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Mr. Cocuzza founded Tetra Impact Partners, a values-driven investment firm with an emphasis on providing institutional investors with access to private markets through innovative solutions and structures.
His professional relationships span the private equity ecosystem with expertise across capital deployment, fundraising and operational functions.
Mr. Cocuzza earned a BS in Finance in 2003 from the Rutgers University School of Business.
