Ms. Catherine E.
Vaughn, CFA MBA, is Head of European Business Development at Highbridge Capital Management.
Before joining Highbridge Capital Management in April 2006, she was with Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, involved with business development and product development.
Prior to Blackstone, she was a Vice President with Banc of America Securities.
She has also worked as an Associate with McKinsey & Co. and a Regional Sales Manager for Caterpillar Inc. Ms. Vaughn earned an M.B.A.
from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she was a Rothschild Scholar.
She is a CFA Charterholder.
