Caterina Gorni

Prior to joining Obsidian & Companies, Caterina Gorni worked as a senior executive with Ambrosetti SpA.
During her four year experience, Caterina Gorni worked on a number of restructuring operations and debt financing deals in Italy, and was responsible for the Eastern European region and the former Soviet Union covering primarily food, fashion and electronic industries.
Mrs. Gorni has worked on the restructuring of the main Croatian electricity producer and distributor and was appointed by the International Finance Corporation to work on the restructuring and privatisation of one of the largest SOE group of former Yugoslavia.
Caterina Gorni is an Italian national and holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
She is fluent in Italian, English, Serb-Croatian and Russian.
