Brett M. Alexander

Prior to joining RockBridge, Mr. Alexander was an executive with Borden Capital, Inc., an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., where he performed competitive strategy, investment banking, and private equity functions for the Borden portfolio of companies.
Before this, he was an associate with the Merchant Banking Group of Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. (now JPMorgan) where he underwrote, negotiated, and processed subordinated debt and preferred stock investments in middle-market companies.
He began his career as an associate in the Corporate Group of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP, a large regional law firm.
Mr. Alexander received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University, both summa cum laude.
He also served as a managing editor of Ohio State’s Law Journal.
He received a Master’s of Business Administration, with distinction, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
